COVID-19 Guidlelines

When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in your car & text 617-827-1907 to let us know you are here. we will let you know when it is safe to come in, once we have resanitized the entire studio & the client before you has left. we will take your temperature at the door & we ask that you please reschedule if you have any symptoms or a possible exposure.

NEW CLIENTS

Please arrive 10 min prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out a new client intake form. a credit card is needed to secure your appointment but will not be charged until after your service is complete. a fee of $50 will be charged if you no show your appointment, reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

Cancellation policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. not doing so prevents a hardship to our business because it does not give us enough time to fill the spot. a $50 fee will be charged for appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, as well for no shows. 

at jordyn warren esthetics, we understand that your time is valuable as well. if we need to reschedule your appointment on our end, we will apply a $50 credit to your next appointment.

groupon

we are no longer partnered with groupon. if you have purchased a groupon after april 2020, please know it is not valid, as we had already cut ties with groupon by this point. if you have an expired groupon, we will honor the amount you paid and you will be responsible to pay the remainder.
